Cosy Corner apartment is located just a few minutes walk from the old harbour, in a quiet side street, very close to the sea. The golf course is about ten minutes walk as is the play park. The apartment is a few minutes walk from a secluded, sheltered beach, known locally as Cosy Corner beach. In the opposite direction, the many shops, cafes and restaurants of the town are easily reached in five minutes stroll.
The flat comprises of a large living room, with a kitchen leading from it, a bathroom, and a large bedroom. The sleeping arrangements are flexible, as there are two bed settees in the living room. ( A double and a single) A cosy woodburner ( first basket of logs is free of charge ) will keep you warm during your stay in winter or autumn, though there are also efficient storage heaters in each room.
The dining area is situated in the alcove in the living room, and there is seating for four here. In the bedroom, there is a king sized luxurious bed, with space for your own travel cot.
There are numerous games and toys in a cupboard, should the weather be a bit wet, and a delightful private patio area, complete with chairs and a table if it’s dry!
A shared garden to the side of the property is laid out to gravel, and has a sunny sheltered bench to enjoy a cup of coffee on. This garden is shared only with my upstairs neighbour and the flat next to ours, who use it primarily to hang washing out , so you mostly have the space to yourself!
Right outside your door is the patio area which is separated from the next door neighbour by a wall, busy with climbing plants ,and there’s a table and two chairs here.

The kitchen, newly renovated in 2016/17 houses an oven, hob, fridge, with small freezer box, microwave, and coffee machine.
The washing machine is now housed in a seperate outhouse, right opposite your door. This handy little cellar is also ideal for wet boots, jackets, dog paraphenalia, and other outdoor gear.
Bathroom has a large low profile resin shower tray, and has been completely renovated over 2015 winter.

Please note- we don’t have a sea view. The up side is that we are only minutes walk from the beach, and are also much quieter than the apartments which line the main street, and benefit from a sea view! As you look out of the bedroom window, you are looking out onto the street, and from the living room window, the little patio area- further buildings can be seen over the patio.
